I love the variety and tragedy in the films of Darren Aronofsky. His career and body of work are very interesting and in this episode I discuss my favoruite of his films in order of perosnal choice and talk about how they have affected me.
This film was pure entertainment the whole 'over indulgent' time. Colourful and smart, the films gives us a glimpse into the crazy wall street world but also has a message about society and life.
This film was an experience! I had no idea what to expect going but im glad I was able to follow the madness through, there was bits I really liked & parts that made me question but I share all my thoughts here.
I was blown away after re-visiting this film, first by how much I enjoyed this film and actually how clever it was. Secondly by how much or a turn Nights career has taken, his first few films seem to be his best so far. Mel Gibson was really good in this roll, quite different to what he has played in the past.
The Godfather, a policeman, a bank robber, full of intensity and charm Al Pacino has done it all. I love his films and how watchable he is. In this episode I discuss my love for him as an actor and my top 5 favoruite of his films! hooo-ahhh!
